Design & Planning service!

GCS Cabins offer a complete design & planning service should you require it. We can arrange for a surveyor to produce detailed surveys of the proposed installation site. These will include a full water course and sewage survey. Not only does our planning service cover the exterior and pre-installation requirements, but it can also help with interior planning.

Why do I need design and planning?

Every installation requires a certain amount of planning. It’s fairly obvious that a proper plan for the logistics of moving a portable or modular building onto your site and making sure the site is stable and level and that the required utilities are in the right place will make for a smoother installation. In addition, proper planning will also help you get the best use of your building once it’s commissioned too.

One of the many advantages of both portable and modular buildings is that the internal & external layouts can be pre-specified to meet your requirements. Because the buildings are largely manufactured off-site, proper consideration of the planning of the internal and external layouts of the building will ensure the building arrives with you ready to use from day one, thus avoiding further time delays.
